Love this wow.

Can I write freestyle here? I’m curious about the searching for our mythical selves perspective. Grasping so hard at spiritual straws and turning to conspirituality. Why are we here? Who are we? What is our purpose? I remember the moment I realized I needed a teacher. I remember the moment I realized the entire world was my teacher - and my inner guidance was skewed. I remember having my entire foundation crumple (hey - happens about every 8-10 years!) and how my friends nicknamed me “the mother of reinvention”. Mother. How does a mother reinvent her child, should she choose to be a conscious parent? Meaning. Safety. Grounding. Nature. Rhythms. Respect. Have we lost this?

I remember Pandit G talking about the kurma nadi, and how Westerners did not have it. That metal rod like strength that allows us to sit and connect to the earths frequency while simultaneously channeling - the “through” nadi. Broken backs, cancer, screens, consumerism - we’ve lost the ability to flow?!?

One of my fave lines you wrote that struck me today self-judgment is ironically usually trying to help us win love or approval. Other-judgment Trying also to help us win love and approval. Let’s cut out the judgement and just give ourselves the gosh darn love and approval already, eh?

How’s that story turn out?
